Our competition philosophy
We don't hold auditions. We believe it is our job to train every child to the best of their ability.
Every dancer who joins is taught, coached, and raised to an elite level of dance education. Along the way, they learn that teamwork, discipline, and focus build consistency in everything they do.
We bring dancers, teachers, and parents together under one goal. How families conduct themselves and represent ADS matters to us as much as any trophy. No dance mom drama here.

Service is in the name. The company performs at senior centers, the veterans hospital, and Safe Harbor, our partner serving children in the Middlesex County foster care system.

Holiday visit to the veterans hospital
Every holiday season, our Performance Company dancers put on their red and white costumes and perform for the veterans. After the show, they stay to talk, shake hands, and say thank you. It's one of the moments our dancers remember most.
