Our leadership program for dancers ready to lift others up. Real responsibility, real friendships, and something better to do than stare at a screen.
Teacher Assistant Program
Today's assistants are tomorrow's teachers.
We built this program so ADS can grow its own faculty. Assistants learn the Rising Star way of teaching from the inside, so when they're ready to teach, they already know our students, standards, and families.

Guiding Stars Society
A club built on connection, not screens.
The Society brings dancers together for conversation, teamwork, and club events that build real friendships across ages. Members serve as ADS ambassadors at open houses, performances, and community events.
