Leadership Program

Welcome to the American Dance Studios Leadership program! Our program is designed for children from 6th grade to senior year in high school who are passionate about dance and want to develop their leadership skills.

Our program is focused on developing self-esteem, focus, determination, and improved study habits in our students. We believe that these skills are not only important for success in dance, but also for success in life.

Our curriculum is based on the framework of "Atomic Habits" and habits of highly effective teenagers. We believe that small, consistent actions can lead to big results and we work with our students to develop positive habits that will help them achieve their goals.

As young dancers, our students have responsibilities to themselves, their teammates, and their coaches. We teach our students about the importance of responsibility and accountability and how to be a positive role model for others.

Our program is led by experienced dance teachers who are passionate about helping young dancers develop into confident leaders. We believe that dance is not just about technique, but also about character and leadership.
