American Dance Studios, Mommy and Me classes introduce a classroom environment to the youngest dancer with the comfort of a guardian learning along side them. Gross motor skills, musical exercises, social interaction and dance vocabulary will be taught and enjoyed by their little one as well as the partner dancing with them.

Little ones that enjoy music and movement excel in this class! The combination of tumbling, tapping, and ballet make this class exciting. Boys and girls enjoy the magical themes and wonderful monthly lesson plans that engage and educate. All students progress to the more difficult level by working on skill building steps and being awarded through a quarterly curriculum program.

Adult Dance Classes
Unlike many other studios, these classes are true "adult only" classes and are limited to dancers ages 18 and up, so even as a beginner, you won't find yourself at the barre next to a 5yr old! Whether you're new to dance or you danced for years as a child and want to get back out on the floor, we have a program for you. Get started now with a group intro class for free!
Performance Team
American Dance Studios performance team is a wonderful way to expand one's dance experience on the stage. Team work and social ineraction is imperative to inspire children to excellence. This team competes about twice a year, attend conventions, performances for the community and philanthropic projects in our area.
Boys Classes
We offer fantastic classes that teach technique in tap, jazz, hip-hop, acrobatics and contemporary once they have had sufficient class instruction. Our performance team encourages young dancers to strive for excellence and it is a great way to make friends that enjoy the same extracurricular activity.
Recital Performances
Our dancers love having the opportunity to perform! As a new student you may not even be thinking about performing just yet - but once you develop basic skills, preparing for a showcase can really focus your training and be exciting. Once students progress to intermediate level classes and beyond, they have the option to participate in a Winter Holiday Show and American Dance Studios annual year end recital .
